Return Policy

Bartas Technologies is more than happy to issue a full refund for software license purchases in the event that the software is incompatible with your operating system (per the requirements stated on the product and / or download page for the product to be returned), provided the license (serial number) has not been activated on any computer.

Once a license has been activated, refunds are no longer possible for any reason. Every Bartas Technologies product (that is not free) can be evaluated for free with some limitations (see the product page for the limitations for each product) in its unregistered state.
